Roedean Residents Association AGM 2019

On behalf of the Committee, I am delighted to invite you to our 14th Members Annual General Meeting which will be held at East Brighton Golf Club on Tuesday 30th April at 7 pm and we very much hope that as many as possible will attend.  The AGM provides an important opportunity for the Committee to provide an account of the past year and consult you about what we’re planning.  It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and help us set the Associations compass for the year ahead.  If you have new neighbours who may not yet be members, do please let them know.The AGM is also our opportunity to elect new Committee Members, and bid farewell and offer thanks to Committee Members at the end of their terms.  I am delighted to note that I anticipate the AGM will welcome a batch of new Committee Members from people who have already expressed interest however we started the year a little light and there is still space for one or two more – I have provided more details about the opportunities below.

The AGM will welcome Catherine Dignan and Russell McMillan from Brighton and Hove City Council’s Parking Infrastructure Team to help field questions about the petition for a Controlled Parking Zone.  We also anticipate strong representation from our
Ward Counsellors.
