In April, Brighton Marina Group Ltd submitted an updated planning application proposing nine buildings between eight and 28 storeys high and containing 1,000 homes.
Full planning permission is being sought for a first phase of development including 480 homes, with outline permission being sought for up to 520 homes in a second phase.

Roedean Residents’ Association agreed to oppose these plans and the council received a number of objections from RRA members.  The deadline for objections has now passed.
