Black Rock

New plans for an ambitious project to develop the Black Rock site adjacent to Brighton Marina were discussed by a Committee at Brighton Council on Thursday 26th September.  The plans involve selling the Council owned Brighton Centre, development of that site and re-location of the venue to a new conference and entertainment complex at Black Rock.

Planning will shortly be submitted with view to complete planning by early 2020 to start work in March to qualify for some funding from the Local Enterprise Partnership.
